The employee has the right to benefit, with justification, from leave to attend the ceremony of reception into French citizenship.
The spouse of the person mentioned in the first paragraph benefits from this right under the same conditions.
The duration of this leave cannot be deducted from the annual paid leave.
Le salarié a le droit de bénéficier, sur justification, d’un congé pour assister à sa cérémonie d’accueil dans la citoyenneté française.
Bénéficie de ce droit, dans les mêmes conditions, le conjoint de la personne mentionnée au premier alinéa.
La durée de ce congé ne peut être imputée sur celle du congé payé annuel.
