The employer shall allow young workers subject to the obligation to attend vocational courses during the working day the time and freedom necessary to comply with this obligation.

Time devoted to training in an educational establishment is considered as actual working time.

L’employeur laisse aux jeunes travailleurs soumis à l’obligation de suivre des cours professionnels pendant la journée de travail le temps et la liberté nécessaires au respect de cette obligation.
