Article L322-4 of the French Sports Code

Any person shall be liable to one year’s imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros for any of the following offences:

1° (repealed)

2° Maintaining in operation an establishment where one or more physical or sporting activities are practised in disregard of a measure taken in application of article L. 322-5.

Article L322-4

Est puni d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 euros d’amende le fait pour toute personne :

1° (abrogé)

2° De maintenir en activité un établissement où sont pratiquées une ou plusieurs activités physiques ou sportives en méconnaissance d’une mesure prise en application de l’article L. 322-5.
