No foodstuff for everyday consumption intended for the final consumer distributed in the collectivities mentioned in Article 73 of the Constitution and in the collectivities of Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon may have a higher added sugar content than that of a similar foodstuff of the same brand distributed in mainland France.
When the added sugar content of a foodstuff for everyday consumption distributed in mainland France decreases, those responsible for marketing similar foodstuffs of the same brand distributed in the collectivities mentioned in the first paragraph are authorised to continue marketing them until stocks are exhausted and within a maximum period of six months.
