When committed as a repeat offender under the conditions set out in the second paragraph of article 132-11 of the French Criminal Code, or as part of a group, entering or remaining in the competition area of a sports venue without legitimate reason is punishable by a fine of €7,500.
Lorsqu’il est commis en récidive, dans les conditions prévues au second alinéa de l’article 132-11 du code pénal, ou en réunion, le fait de pénétrer ou de se maintenir, sans motif légitime, sur l’aire de compétition d’une enceinte sportive est puni de 7 500 euros d’amende.
