Article L332-10 of the French Sports Code

Disrupting a competition or endangering the safety of persons or property by entering the competition area of a sports venue is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of €15,000.

For the offence referred to in the first paragraph, the public prosecution may be extinguished, under the conditions set out in articles 495-17 to 495-25 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by the payment of a fixed fine of 500 euros. The amount of the reduced fixed fine is 400 euros and the amount of the increased fixed fine is 1,000 euros.

Le fait de troubler le déroulement d’une compétition ou de porter atteinte à la sécurité des personnes ou des biens, en pénétrant sur l’aire de compétition d’une enceinte sportive, est puni d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 euros d’amende.

Pour le délit mentionné au premier alinéa, l’action publique peut être éteinte, dans les conditions prévues aux articles 495-17 à 495-25 du code de procédure pénale, par le versement d’une amende forfaitaire d’un montant de 500 euros. Le montant de l’amende forfaitaire minorée est de 400 euros et le montant de l’amende forfaitaire majorée est de 1 000 euros.
