Persons who set up cafés or public houses during a public fair, sale or celebration are not required to make the declaration prescribed by article L. 3332-3, but must obtain authorisation from the municipal authority.
Associations that set up cafés or public houses for the duration of public events that they are organising are not required to make the declaration prescribed by article L. 3332-3, but must obtain authorisation from the municipal authorities, up to a limit of five authorisations per year for each association.
Only group one and group three drinks as defined in article L. 3321-1 may be sold or offered in any form whatsoever in bars and cafés opened under these conditions.
In the departments of Guadeloupe, Guyana and Martinique, the representative of the State in the department may authorise, by decree, the sale of group four drinks, which are traditionally consumed there, up to a maximum of four days per year.
