Persons selling drinks for consumption on the premises under the guise of associations are subject to the administrative regulations governing public houses under the conditions set out in article 1655 of the General Tax Code.

Les personnes qui, sous le couvert d’associations, vendent des boissons à consommer sur place, sont soumises à la réglementation administrative des débits de boissons dans les conditions fixées par l’article 1655 du code général des impôts.
