The profit-sharing agreement or the rules of an employee savings plan may stipulate the conditions under which the social and economic committee or a specialised committee set up by it has the necessary means of information on the conditions of application of this agreement or these rules.

L’accord de participation ou le règlement d’un plan d’épargne salariale peuvent prévoir les conditions dans lesquelles le comité social et économique ou une commission spécialisée créée par lui dispose des moyens d’information nécessaires sur les conditions d’application de cet accord ou de ce règlement.
