Article L3351-6-1 of the French Public Health Code

Selling alcoholic beverages at a fuel sales outlet outside the hours specified in the fourth paragraph of article L. 3322-9 or selling refrigerated alcoholic beverages there is punishable by a fine of €7,500. A repeat offence is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a €15,000 fine.

Legal entities guilty of the offence referred to in the first paragraph of this article incur the additional penalties provided for in 2°, 4°, 8° and 9° of article 131-39 of the French Criminal Code.

Le fait de vendre des boissons alcooliques dans un point de vente de carburant en dehors des horaires prévus au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 3322-9 ou d’y vendre des boissons alcooliques réfrigérées est puni de 7 500 € d’amende. La récidive est punie d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 € d’amende.

Les personnes morales coupables de l’infraction mentionnée au premier alinéa du présent article encourent les peines complémentaires prévues aux 2°, 4°, 8° et 9° de l’article 131-39 du code pénal.
