Making available to the public an automatic device for dispensing alcoholic beverages is punishable by a fine of €3,750.

The machine used to commit the offence will be seized and the court will order its confiscation.

In the event of a repeat offence, the offender may also be sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.

Selling alcoholic beverages between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. without having undergone the training provided for in article L. 3332-1-1 is punishable by a fine of €3,750.

La mise à disposition du public d’un appareil automatique distribuant des boissons alcooliques est punie de 3 750 euros d’amende.

L’appareil ayant servi à commettre l’infraction est saisi et le tribunal en prononce la confiscation.

En cas de récidive, un emprisonnement de six mois peut en outre être prononcé.

Le fait de vendre des boissons alcooliques entre 22 heures et 8 heures sans avoir suivi la formation prévue à l’article L. 3332-1-1 est puni de 3 750 € d’amende.
