A failure by the lender to comply with one of the obligations set out in the last paragraph of article L. 313-8 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Le fait pour le prêteur de ne pas respecter l’une des obligations prévues au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 313-8 est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 3 000 euros pour une personne physique et 15 000 euros pour une personne morale.
Cette amende est prononcée dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre II du livre V.
