Nicotine replacement products may be prescribed by :

1° Doctors, including occupational physicians, for workers ;

2° Dental surgeons, in application of article L. 4141-2 ;

3° Midwives, in application of article L. 4151-4 ;

4° Nurses, in application of article L. 4311-1 ;

5° masseur-physiotherapists, in application of article L. 4321-1.

Les substituts nicotiniques peuvent être prescrits par :

1° Les médecins, y compris les médecins du travail aux travailleurs ;

2° Les chirurgiens-dentistes, en application de l’article L. 4141-2 ;

3° Les sages-femmes, en application de l’article L. 4151-4 ;

4° Les infirmiers ou les infirmières, en application de l’article L. 4311-1 ;

5° Les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes, en application de l’article L. 4321-1.
