Article L3513-19 of the French Public Health Code

Unless otherwise provided, a decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the conditions for application of this chapter, in particular those relating to Articles L. 3513-6 and L. 3513-7, as well as the content of the notification and declaration referred to in Articles L. 3513-10 and L. 3513-11, the procedures for their transmission and updating, the nature of the information which is made public and the procedures laid down for this purpose.

Sauf dispositions contraires, un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les conditions d’application du présent chapitre, notamment celles relatives aux articles L. 3513-6 et L. 3513-7, ainsi que le contenu de la notification et de la déclaration mentionnées aux articles L. 3513-10 et L. 3513-11, leurs modalités de transmission et d’actualisation, la nature des informations qui sont rendues publiques et les modalités prévues à cet effet.
