Transactions carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 362-1 and L. 362-2 are not subject to the provisions of Titles II to V of this Book.
A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall specify, where necessary, the obligations to which the undertakings referred to in articles L. 362-1 and L. 362-2 are subject for reasons of general interest.
