Article L3641-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Article L. 2143-3 is applicable to the metropolis of Lyon. For its application:

1° The reference to public establishments for inter-communal cooperation or groupings is replaced by the reference to the metropolis of Lyon;

2° The reference to the communes that are members of the establishment is replaced by the reference to the communes located within the territory of the metropolis of Lyon;

3° The reference to the inter-communal commission for accessibility to disabled persons is replaced by the reference to the metropolitan commission for accessibility to disabled persons.

L’article L. 2143-3 est applicable à la métropole de Lyon. Pour son application :

1° La référence aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale ou groupements est remplacée par la référence à la métropole de Lyon ;

2° La référence aux communes membres de l’établissement est remplacée par la référence aux communes situées sur le territoire de la métropole de Lyon ;

3° La référence à la commission intercommunale pour l’accessibilité aux personnes handicapées est remplacée par la référence à la commission métropolitaine pour l’accessibilité aux personnes handicapées.
