Metropolitan Lyon may decide, subject to the agreement of the commune in which the site is located, a competent public authority within the meaning of article L. 251-2 of the Internal Security Code, to acquire, install and maintain video protection systems for the purposes of crime prevention. It may make personnel available to interested municipalities to view the images.
La métropole de Lyon peut décider, sous réserve de l’accord de la commune d’implantation, autorité publique compétente au sens de l’article L. 251-2 du code de la sécurité intérieure, d’acquérir, d’installer et d’entretenir des dispositifs de vidéoprotection aux fins de prévention de la délinquance. Elle peut mettre à disposition des communes intéressées du personnel pour visionner les images.
