Article L370-1 of the French Insurance Code

This section applies to institutions for occupational retirement provision which have their registered office or main administration in another Member State of the European Union or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and which offer the operations mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 381-1 of this Code and in Article L. 3334-2 of the Labour Code.

Article L370-1

La présente section s’applique aux institutions de retraite professionnelle ayant leur siège social ou leur administration principale dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou dans un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen et proposant les opérations mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 381-1 du présent code et à l’article L. 3334-2 du code du travail.
