Article L4041-3 of the French Public Health Code

The only persons who may be members of an interprofessional outpatient healthcare company are those who meet all the conditions required by the laws and regulations in force for practising a medical profession, a medical auxiliary or a pharmacist and who are registered, where applicable, on the roll of the professional association to which they belong.

Interprofessional ambulatory care companies, with the exception of those whose purpose includes the practice of the care activities mentioned in a of 3° of article L. 4041-2, are not subject to the prior formalities required of applicants for the individual practice of the professions of doctor, medical auxiliary or pharmacist.

Peuvent seules être associés d’une société interprofessionnelle de soins ambulatoires des personnes remplissant toutes les conditions exigées par les lois et règlements en vigueur pour exercer une profession médicale, d’auxiliaire médical ou de pharmacien et qui sont inscrites, le cas échéant, au tableau de l’ordre dont elles relèvent.

Les sociétés interprofessionnelles de soins ambulatoires, à l’exception de celles dont l’objet comprend l’exercice des activités de soins mentionnées au a du 3° de l’article L. 4041-2, ne sont pas soumises aux formalités préalables exigées des personnes candidates à l’exercice individuel des professions médicales, d’auxiliaire médical ou de pharmacien.
