Interprofessional ambulatory care companies may be formed between natural persons practising a medical profession, a medical auxiliary or a pharmacist. The company’s Articles of Association are drawn up in writing. A decree of the Conseil d’Etat determines the information that must be included in the articles of association.

The members may carry on outside the interprofessional outpatient healthcare company any professional activity the joint practice of which has not been expressly provided for in the Articles of Association. The Articles of Association shall determine the conditions under which a partner may carry out on a personal basis an activity which they provide for to be carried out jointly.

The articles of association of the interprofessional outpatient healthcare company and any amendments to these articles of association shall be sent, at least one month before they are registered, to the professional orders on whose roll the members are registered and to the regional health agency.
