Interprofessional ambulatory care companies may be formed between natural persons practising a medical profession, a medical auxiliary or a pharmacist. The members may carry on outside the interprofessional outpatient healthcare company any professional activity the joint practice of which has not been expressly provided for in the Articles of Association. The articles of association of the interprofessional outpatient healthcare company and any amendments to these articles of association shall be sent, at least one month before they are registered, to the professional orders on whose roll the members are registered and to the regional health agency.

Article L4042-1 of the French Public Health Code

Remuneration paid for the professional activities referred to in 2° and 3° of article L. 4041-2 constitutes revenue for the company and is received by it. By way of exception, when these activities are carried out on a personal basis by a member, the related remuneration does not constitute revenue for the company.
