Article L4111-8 of the French Public Health Code

The following are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat:

1° The time limit within which the commission mentioned in I and I bis of article L. 4111-2 must give its opinion ;

2° The composition and operation of the commission mentioned in II of article L. 4111-2 and the conditions under which the person concerned is subject to a compensation measure.

Sont déterminés par décret en Conseil d’Etat :

1° Le délai dans lequel la commission mentionnée aux I et I bis de l’article L. 4111-2 doit rendre un avis ;

2° La composition et le fonctionnement de la commission mentionnée au II de l’article L. 4111-2 et les conditions dans lesquelles l’intéressé est soumis à une mesure de compensation.
