Article L414-9 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

If the foreign national ceases to meet one of the conditions for the issue of a movement document for foreign minors, this document may be withdrawn. The decision to withdraw the document may only be taken after the minor’s legal representative has been given the opportunity to present his or her observations under the conditions set out in articles L. 121-1 and L. 121-2 of the Code des relations entre le public et l’administration.

Article L414-9

Si l’étranger cesse de remplir l’une des conditions pour la délivrance d’un document de circulation pour étranger mineur, ce document peut lui être retiré. La décision de retrait ne peut intervenir qu’après que le représentant légal du mineur a été mis à même de présenter ses observations dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 121-1 et L. 121-2 du code des relations entre le public et l’administration.
