Any foreigner residing in France, regardless of the nature of his or her residence permit, may freely leave French territory.

Subject to the provisions of Title IV, foreigners lawfully resident in France shall travel freely within the country.

The holder of the travel document for foreign minors provided for in article L. 414-4 may be readmitted to France, without a visa, on presentation of this document accompanied by a valid travel document.

In the cases provided for in 2° to 8° of Article L. 414-4, the circulation document for foreign minors is valid for five years.It is renewed for the same period.
