In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 1225-12 et seq., the employer shall offer an employee who is in a medically certified state of pregnancy, has recently given birth or is breast-feeding, and who works in a job that exposes her to risks determined by regulation, another job that is compatible with her state of health.

Conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 1225-12 et suivants, l’employeur propose à la salariée en état de grossesse médicalement constatée, venant d’accoucher ou allaitant, qui occupe un poste l’exposant à des risques déterminés par voie réglementaire, un autre emploi compatible avec son état de santé.
