The time limits stipulated in article L. 313-3 of the Monetary and Financial Code do not run against the guarantee fund until the day on which it receives the information justifying its intervention.

Les délais prévus à l’article L. 313-3 du code monétaire et financier ne courent à l’encontre du fonds de garantie qu’à compter du jour où celui-ci a reçu les éléments justifiant son intervention.
