Article L4233-11 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the provisions of article L. 4234-6 of this Code and the Decree in Council of State issued in application of article L. 145-4 of the Social Security Code, only pharmacists of French nationality or nationals of one of the Member States of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area who are registered with the Association may stand for election.

Sont seuls éligibles, sous réserve des dispositions de l’article L. 4234-6 du présent code et du décret en Conseil d’Etat pris en application de l’article L. 145-4 du code de la sécurité sociale, les pharmaciens de nationalité française ou ressortissants de l’un des Etats membres de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen inscrits à l’ordre.
