Article L425-10 of the French Sports Code

The following may exercise the rights granted to civil parties in respect of the offences mentioned in the anti-doping regulations issued by New Caledonia:

a) The Territorial Olympic and Sports Committee for acts committed during competitions for which it is responsible;

b) The sports leagues approved under the terms of the regulations governing sporting activities in New Caledonia, each insofar as it is concerned.

Peuvent exercer les droits reconnus à la partie civile, en ce qui concerne les infractions mentionnées par la réglementation édictée par la Nouvelle-Calédonie en matière de lutte contre le dopage :

a) Le comité territorial olympique et sportif pour les faits commis à l’occasion des compétitions dont il a la charge ;

b) Les ligues sportives agréées aux termes de la réglementation des activités sportives en Nouvelle-Calédonie, chacune pour ce qui la concerne.
