The accounting and financial management of the national agricultural risk management fund referred to in Article L. 442-1 is carried out by the caisse centrale de réassurance in an account separate from those which record the other operations carried out by this institution.
The costs incurred by the caisse centrale de réassurance in managing the fund are reimbursed to it under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
La gestion comptable et financière du fonds national de gestion des risques en agriculture mentionné à l’article L. 442-1 est assurée par la caisse centrale de réassurance dans un compte distinct de ceux qui retracent les autres opérations pratiquées par cet établissement.
Les frais exposés par la caisse centrale de réassurance pour la gestion du fonds lui sont remboursés dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
