Article L432-3 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

In the event of conviction to the penalty provided for in Article L. 432-1, the court may, in addition, prohibit the convicted person for a period not exceeding ten years from exercising either a managerial function or any industrial or commercial activity in the cinema sector. If the convicted person is the manager or agent of a legal entity, the judgement may order the latter to pay the fine jointly and severally.

Publication of the judgement may be ordered in accordance with article 131-10 of the French Penal Code.

Article L432-3

En cas de condamnation à la peine prévue à l’article L. 432-1, la juridiction peut, en outre, prononcer à l’encontre de la personne condamnée l’interdiction pour une durée n’excédant pas dix ans d’exercer soit une fonction dirigeante, soit toute activité industrielle et commerciale dans le secteur du cinéma. Si le condamné est le dirigeant ou le préposé d’une personne morale, le jugement peut condamner solidairement cette dernière au paiement de l’amende.

La publication du jugement peut être ordonnée conformément à l’article 131-10 du code pénal.
