It is punishable by a fine of 7,500 euros for any person to obstruct control operations carried out pursuant to the provisions of articles L. 411-1, L. 411-2 and L. 412-1 in article L. 412-4.
It is punishable by a fine of 45,000 euros to put into circulation or represent a cinematographic work that lacks the exhibition visa provided for in article L. 211-1 or in breach of the conditions mentioned on this visa.

When, in the event of a breach of the provisions of article L. 212-32 and the provisions of article L. 222-1, the Commission du Contrôle de la Réglementation has imposed a financial penalty which has become final, pursuant to 3° of article L. 422-1, the criminal court hearing the same or related cases may order that this financial penalty be deducted from the amount of the criminal fine imposed subsequently.
Failure to carry out the measures taken by the State representative in the département as provided for in article L. 425-1.
