Article L4423-2 of the French Public Health Code

By way of derogation from the provisions of article L. 4311-2, the senior administrator of the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands may, on a proposal from the director of the health agency, authorise by order a nurse who does not meet the conditions laid down in article L. 4311-2 to practise in the territory.

Article L4423-2

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 4311-2, l’administrateur supérieur du territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna peut, sur proposition du directeur de l’agence de santé, autoriser par arrêté un infirmier ou une infirmière ne remplissant pas les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4311-2 à exercer son activité dans le territoire.
