The territorial collectivity of Corsica is responsible for the construction, development, maintenance and management of the roadway classified as a national road.
The roadway classified as a national road is transferred to the assets of the territorial collectivity.
In the territory of Corsica, by way of derogation from article L. 110-3 of the Highway Code, the list of roads classified as trunk roads is determined by deliberation of the Assembly of Corsica.
La collectivité territoriale de Corse assure la construction, l’aménagement, l’entretien et la gestion de la voirie classée en route nationale.
La voirie classée en route nationale est transférée dans le patrimoine de la collectivité territoriale.
Sur le territoire de la Corse, par dérogation à l’article L. 110-3 du code de la route, la liste des routes à grande circulation est fixée par délibération de l’Assemblée de Corse.
