Alternate members of the Disciplinary Board replace full members who are unable to sit. If a full member ceases to hold office for any reason whatsoever, he will be replaced by an alternate member and, if necessary, a supplementary election will be held to appoint a new alternate member whose term of office will end on the same date as that on which the term of office of the member to be replaced would have ended.
In the event of a lasting interruption in its operation or serious difficulties making its operation impossible under normal conditions, the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance may be dissolved by decree issued on a proposal from the Minister of Justice.
If the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance is dissolved or if all its members resign, the governing body of the Association or, failing that, the National Council of the Association shall organise new elections to the Chamber without delay.
At the time of the first elections or in the event of new elections organised pursuant to the third paragraph of this article, lots will be drawn to determine the member or members of the Disciplinary Chamber whose term of office is to expire within three or six years respectively.
