Article L4444-1 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in the following paragraphs, the provisions of Article L. 4011-5 are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the wording resulting from Law No. 2019-774 of 24 July 2019 on the organisation and transformation of the healthcare system.

For the application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia of Article L. 4011-5, the authorisation by the Minister for Defence of cooperation protocols within the meaning of Article L. 4011-1 is applicable in these territories.

Article L4444-1

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux alinéas suivants, les dispositions de l’article L. 4011-5 sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2019-774 du 24 juillet 2019 relative à l’organisation et à la transformation du système de santé.

Pour l’application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française de l’article L. 4011-5, l’autorisation par le ministre de la défense des protocoles de coopération au sens de l’article L. 4011-1 est applicable dans ces territoires.
