In the event of conviction for offences punishable under articles L. 454-1 to L. 454-3 and L. 454-6, the court may also order:
1° The posting and publication of the decision under the conditions set out in article 131-35 of the Penal Code ;
2° The broadcasting of one or more messages. The judgment shall set out the terms of these messages and how they are to be disseminated and shall give the convicted person a period of time in which to do so; if the convicted person fails to do so, the messages shall be disseminated at the instigation of the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the convicted person’s expense;
3° Withdrawal of the products to which the offence relates and, under the same conditions, a ban on providing services.
Where posting is ordered at the door of the convicted person’s shops, enforcement of the judgment may not be hindered by the sale of the business carried out after the first decision ordering posting.
