Article L462-2 of the French Consumer Code

For the application of article L. 462-1 :

1° In article L. 431-2, references to articles L. 641-7 and L. 642-3 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same effect;

2° In article L. 453-1, the words: “300,000 euros” are replaced by the words: “35,800,000 CFP francs”.

Article L462-2

Pour l’application de l’article L. 462-1 :

1° A l’article L. 431-2, les références aux articles L. 641-7 et L. 642-3 du code rural et de la pêche maritime sont remplacées par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même effet ;

2° A l’article L. 453-1, les mots : “ 300 000 euros ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ 35 800 000 francs CFP ”.
