For the application of article L. 462-1 : 1° In article L. 431-2, references to articles L. 641-7 and L. 642-3 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same effect; 2° In article L. 453-1, the words: “300,000 euros” are replaced by the words: “35,800,000 CFP francs”.
