Failure by the employer to comply with the decisions taken by the labour inspector mentioned in Article L. 8112-1 in application of Articles L. 4731-1 or L. 4731-2 is punishable by a fine of up to 10,000 euros per worker concerned by the offence.

Le fait pour l’employeur de ne pas se conformer aux décisions prises par l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 en application des articles L. 4731-1 ou L. 4731-2 est passible d’une amende au plus égale à 10 000 euros par travailleur concerné par l’infraction.
