Authorised officers may carry out seizures without judicial authorisation in the case of flagrante delicto falsification or when they concern:
1° Products found to be falsified, corrupted or toxic;
2° Products found to be unfit for consumption, with the exception of products of animal origin, foodstuffs containing them and animal feedstuffs of animal origin or containing products of animal origin whose unfit for consumption can only be recognised on the basis of abnormal organoleptic characteristics or signs of lesional pathology ;
3° Products, objects or appliances suitable for falsification in the cases provided for in Articles L. 413-1 and L. 413-2;
4° Goods, objects or appliances recognised as not complying with the laws and regulations in force and presenting a danger to the health or safety of consumers;
5° Goods presented under an infringing trademark, collective trademark or guarantee mark.
