Lorsque la réglementation prévoit une procédure de prélèvement d’une unité d’un modèle puis, en cas de non-conformité, d’unités supplémentaires du même modèle, ces unités supplémentaires peuvent être consignées dans l’attente des résultats de l’essai réalisé sur la première unité.


Les agents habilités établissent un procès-verbal de consignation dont copie est remise au détenteur des produits.


La mainlevée de la consignation est donnée à tout moment par les agents habilités.
