Article L5121-3 of the French Labour Code

Companies wishing to draw up a forward-looking jobs and skills management plan can take advantage of a support scheme to help them design this plan. This scheme entitles them to financial support from the State.

A decree will determine the maximum number of eligible employees and the conditions for state funding.

Les entreprises qui souhaitent élaborer un plan de gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences, peuvent bénéficier d’un dispositif d’appui à la conception de ce plan. Ce dispositif ouvre droit à une prise en charge financière par l’Etat.

Un décret détermine l’effectif maximal des entreprises éligibles et les conditions de prise en charge par l’Etat.
