Article L5124-7 of the French Public Health Code

Non-profit humanitarian organisations may have a pharmaceutical establishment, which they own, which wholesales medicinal products to similar organisations with the same purpose in France or in a State of the European Union or another State party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, or which exports them for the same humanitarian purposes to a State which is not a member of the said Union or not party to the agreement on the European Economic Area with a view to their non-profit distribution and dispensing. The pharmacist in charge of the establishment must participate in the general management of the owner organisation.

Article L5124-7

Des organismes à but non lucratif et à vocation humanitaire peuvent comporter un établissement pharmaceutique, dont ils sont propriétaires, qui distribue en gros des médicaments à des organismes similaires ayant la même vocation en France ou dans un Etat de l’Union européenne ou autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, ou qui les exporte aux mêmes fins humanitaires dans un Etat non membre de ladite Union ou non partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen en vue de leur distribution et dispensation sans but lucratif. Le pharmacien responsable de l’établissement doit participer à la direction générale de l’organisme propriétaire.
