The General Director of the Regional Health Agency shall suspend or prohibit the performance of preparations, other than those referred to in Article L. 5125-1-1, if the pharmacy does not comply with good preparation practice or performs the preparations under conditions that endanger public health.
The General Director of the Regional Health Agency suspends or withdraws the authorisation to carry out the subcontracting activity referred to in Article L. 5125-1 or that referred to in Article L. 5125-1-1 where the pharmacy no longer complies with good preparation practice or carries out the preparations under conditions that endanger public health.
Except in emergencies, the dispensing pharmacist concerned will be given the opportunity to present his observations before the measures provided for in this article are taken.
