Article L5131-4 of the French Labour Code

The support referred to in article L. 5131-3 may take the form of a contractual support pathway towards employment and independence agreed with the State, drawn up with the young person and adapted to his or her needs as identified during a diagnosis. This pathway is implemented by the organisations mentioned in article L. 5314-1. However, by way of derogation, another organisation may be designated by the State representative in the département, where this is justified by the needs of the policy for the social and professional integration of young people. The contract is signed prior to entry onto the contractual support pathway towards employment and independence.

Article L5131-4

L’accompagnement mentionné à l’article L. 5131-3 peut prendre la forme d’un parcours contractualisé d’accompagnement vers l’emploi et l’autonomie conclu avec l’Etat, élaboré avec le jeune et adapté à ses besoins identifiés lors d’un diagnostic. Ce parcours est mis en œuvre par les organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 5314-1. Toutefois, par dérogation, un autre organisme peut être désigné par le représentant de l’Etat dans le département, lorsque cela est justifié par les besoins de la politique d’insertion sociale et professionnelle des jeunes. Le contrat est signé préalablement à l’entrée dans le parcours contractualisé d’accompagnement vers l’emploi et l’autonomie.
