The following may benefit from aid for setting up or taking over a business, under the conditions laid down in this chapter, when they set up or take over an economic, industrial, commercial, craft, agricultural or liberal profession, either as individuals or in the form of a company, provided that they actually exercise control, or undertake the exercise of another self-employed profession:
1° Claimant jobseekers ;
2° Jobseekers not receiving benefit who have been registered with the institution mentioned in article L. 5312-1 for six of the last eighteen months;
3° Recipients of the specific solidarity allowance or the active solidarity income;
4° People aged between 18 and 26;
5° Disabled people under the age of 30, as referred to in article L. 5212-13 , or who do not meet the condition of having worked for a sufficient length of time to qualify for the insurance allowance referred to in article L. 5422-1;
6° Employed persons or persons made redundant from a company subject to one of the safeguard, recovery or judicial liquidation procedures provided for in Titles II, III and IV of Book VI of the Commercial Code who take over all or part of a company;
7° Individuals who have signed a business project support contract mentioned inarticle L. 127-1 of the Commercial Code, provided that they meet one of the conditions set out in 1° to 6° on the date the contract is signed;
8° Individuals setting up or taking over a business in a priority urban policy district;
9° Beneficiaries of the complement of free choice of activity mentioned inarticle L. 531-4 of the Social Security Code.
