Banking and payment services intermediaries are required to comply with rules of good conduct laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat depending on the nature of the activity they carry out. These rules include obligations towards their customers to ensure that they are properly informed and that their interests are respected.

Les intermédiaires en opérations de banque et en services de paiement doivent se comporter d’une manière honnête, équitable, transparente et professionnelle en tenant compte des droits et des intérêts des clients, y compris des clients potentiels.

Les intermédiaires en opérations de banque et en services de paiement sont tenus au respect de règles de bonne conduite fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat en fonction de la nature de l’activité qu’ils exercent. Ces règles prévoient notamment les obligations à l’égard de leurs clients pour leur bonne information et le respect de leurs intérêts.
