Article L5213-19-1 of the French Labour Code

A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the conditions for the application of this sub-section, in particular:

1° The conditions for the performance, monitoring, renewal and control of the multi-year contracts for objectives and resources referred to in Article L. 5213-13 , as well as the procedures for their suspension or termination;

2° The procedures for the specific support referred to in Article L. 5213-13-1;

3° The procedures for determining, allocating and paying the financial assistance from the State referred to in article L. 5213-19 and the rules on non-cumulation.

Article L5213-19-1

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les conditions d’application de la présente sous-section, notamment :

1° Les conditions d’exécution, de suivi, de renouvellement et du contrôle des contrats pluriannuels d’objectifs et de moyens mentionnés à l’article L. 5213-13 ainsi que leurs modalités de suspension ou de dénonciation ;

2° Les modalités de l’accompagnement spécifique mentionné à l’article L. 5213-13-1 ;

3° Les modalités de détermination, d’attribution et de versement des aides financières de l’Etat mentionnées à l’article L. 5213-19 et les règles de non-cumul.
