The administrative authority responsible for competition and consumer affairs is the competent authority for imposing administrative fines for breaches of the provisions mentioned in articles L. 511-5, L. 511-6 and L. 511-7 and failure to comply with injunctions relating to breaches established with the powers mentioned in the same articles.
L’autorité administrative chargée de la concurrence et de la consommation est l’autorité compétente pour prononcer les amendes administratives sanctionnant les manquements aux dispositions mentionnées aux articles L. 511-5, L. 511-6 et L. 511-7 et l’inexécution des mesures d’injonction relatives à des manquements constatés avec les pouvoirs mentionnés aux mêmes articles.
