Article L522-6 of the French Consumer Code

The decision handed down by the administrative authority responsible for competition and consumer affairs may be published at the expense of the person penalised.
The administrative authority shall inform the latter in advance, during the adversarial procedure set out in article L. 522-5 of the nature and terms of the planned advertising.

La décision prononcée par l’autorité administrative chargée de la concurrence et de la consommation peut être publiée aux frais de la personne sanctionnée.
L’autorité administrative informe préalablement cette dernière, lors de la procédure contradictoire fixée à l’article L. 522-5 de la nature et des modalités de la publicité envisagée.
